The development of a former industrial site on a busy junction of Wrotham Road and St Pancras Way backing onto the elevated North London Rail line in Camden Town. This affordable housing scheme rises from 3 storeys at the northern end of the site, matching the scale of the adjoining Victorian housing to five storeys on the southern corner. Nineteen flats are provided in a simple block which reinstates the street frontage to Wrotham Road turning the corner onto the main thoroughfare. The proximity of the elevated railway required the installation of acoustic vents on the rear elevation in order to create acceptable living conditions within the flats.
